Terms of Use

The Site is provided by Meridian Fractional ("Meridian," "we," "us," or "our") for informational purposes about our consulting services. Information on the Site is general in nature and does not constitute professional, legal, financial, accounting, tax, or business advice. Engagement of Meridian's services is governed by a separate written agreement.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Site or submit a Request for Proposal.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Site, its servers, or networks.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through the Site, including through the RFP or contact forms.
• Use any automated system (bot, scraper, crawler, etc.) to access the Site in a manner that sends more requests than a human could reasonably produce.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of any portion of the Site.

When you submit information through the RFP form, contact form, or any other channel on the Site, you represent that the information is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. You grant Meridian a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the information you submit for the purpose of evaluating and responding to your inquiry. We handle submitted information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, layout, and the compilation thereof — is owned by Meridian or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not otherwise reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or publicly display any portion of the Site without our prior written consent.

"Meridian Fractional" and the Meridian word mark are trademarks of Meridian Fractional. All other trademarks referenced on the Site are the property of their respective owners.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites that are not operated by Meridian. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.

The Site and its content are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meridian disclaims all warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade.

Meridian does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Any reliance you place on information on the Site is at your own risk.

Representative outcomes referenced on the Site are drawn from reported case examples, operator benchmarks, and broader management evidence. They are not guarantees of results. Outcomes vary by company stage, leadership readiness, and scope.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will Meridian, its affiliates, or its or their respective officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Site or any content on it. Our aggregate liability under these Terms will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Meridian and its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be the state and federal courts located in Colorado, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above indicates when the Terms were last revised. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
