Accessibility Statement

Last updated: April 22, 2026

Meridian Fractional is committed to ensuring that our website is accessible to people with disabilities. We strive to make our digital presence usable by the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or technology.

Our Commitment

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.

We also work to align with the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, and applicable state-level accessibility laws.

What We've Done

  • Used semantic HTML throughout the Site to support screen readers and assistive technologies.
  • Provided text alternatives for non-text content where appropriate.
  • Designed for sufficient color contrast between text and background.
  • Ensured the Site is navigable by keyboard.
  • Used clear, consistent labels for form fields and interactive elements.
  • Built the Site to be responsive across mobile, tablet, and desktop devices.
  • Avoided content that flashes more than three times per second.

Ongoing Work

Accessibility is an ongoing process, not a one-time event. We continue to review and improve the Site as standards evolve and as we learn about the needs of our visitors. If a portion of the Site does not yet meet our accessibility goals, we are working to fix it.

Compatibility

The Site is designed to be compatible with the latest versions of major web browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) and with common assistive technologies, including screen readers such as NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver.

Known Limitations

Despite our best efforts, some content on the Site may not yet be fully accessible. Where we identify limitations, we work to address them. If you encounter a barrier, please let us know — your feedback helps us improve.

Feedback and Assistance

If you experience difficulty accessing any part of the Site, or if you have suggestions for how we can improve accessibility, please reach out through our contact page or by phone at (720) 908-6903. We aim to respond to accessibility-related feedback within five business days.

If you need information from this Site in an alternative format, we will work with you to provide it.
